The new cyclone 75 agitator drive is based on the successful magnetic coupling BMD 75 which has no visible rotating parts. New for the cyclone is that the agitator motor is integrated into the same housing as the magnetic coupling.

The cyclone is fitted with a DC motor combined with the magnetic coupling in one hermetically sealed unit. The internal magnet is fixed to the agitator shaft, while the external magnet is coupled to the drive motor.

The agitator shaft rotates in unison with the drive shaft due to the magnetic force.

The speed is adjusted via a separate control box. The motor is protected with a thermal overload breaker. Also available is the option to measure and indicate the speed.

The standard unit is designed for pressure up to 100 bar. Higher ratings are available on request.

The standard connections available are M36 x 1.5 or a B29 joint for glassware. Any other thread connection available on request.

All wetted parts are made of stainless steel 316L. Other metals are available on request.
