A range of high pressure stirred autoclaves to 10 litres and 700 bar available as a standard. Constructed from stainless steel or Hastelloy.

Small volume high pressure autoclaves with integrated magnetic coupling with rpm measurement, gas entry and vent valves, pressure gauge and bursting disc. Shown is the 40 ml autoclave rated to 700 bar.

Unstirred autoclaves are available to even higher pressures. Shown are autoclaves rated to 1000 bar with pressure gauge, bursting disc, valve and an optional thermocouple.

Versions up to 200 bar are available with quick release clamping system. Larger vessels 60 ml and above are available with additional entries and dip pipes, sampling systems, cooling coils, etc.

The HTM system incorporates an electrical heater with copper adapters to allow different size bodies to use the same heater while still keeping good heat transfer.

The motor is mounted so that it may swing out to allow removal of the vessel.

The HTM unit is fitted with all necessary connections to control heating, cooling (via cooling coil) and electrical connections.

The HPM pneumatic base unit allows all cover connections (gas, vent, liquid, etc.) and the drive motor to remain in place while the vessel is removed.

The vessel is fitted into the heating body which is then pneumatically raised to meet the cover. This allows a greater throughput of reactions without time consuming and fiddly disconnection of services after each run.

A control system is available to accurately control heating and rpm while displaying the temperature in the vessel, the rpm and the pressure.

More sophisticated control systems are also available.
